Crafted in the black resin and 18k yellow gold, the bas-relief of the barrel catches men and horses in mid-flight during a game of polo. The unusual bird's-eye perspective accentuates the perfect synchronism of the movements of the participants in the game, man and horse alike, as each player strives to win a point. Polo is modeled and chiseled by Paolo Cerrini. An aquamarine cabochon is inserted on the top of the cap. This particular Polo pen is numbered 168/198 and signed by P. Cerrini. Accompanied by original box, papers, gloves and magnifier.
