The Hermès Slim d'Hermès was introduced in 2015. One of the most distinctive features of the watches in this collection is the font of the numerals, which was designed by noted typographer Philippe Apeloig. Equally distinctive are the inwards sloping lugs.

(the perpetual calendar allows for date and time display, taking into account that months can have 28, 29, 30 or 31 days. Thus, there is no need for a manual setting when changing month, even in a leap year. The Gregorian calendar features an exception. The century years are leap years only when divisible by 400. 2000 was a leap year. 2100 will be an ordinary year. The perpetual calendar mechanism being set over 4 years (1,461 days), it will not be able to consider this exception. Therefore, time will come when a manual correction will be required.)
