In honor of the 60th anniversary of Grand Seiko, SBGP015 debuts the new Caliber 9F85 in the Sport Collection. Measuring 40mm across, the stainless steel mid-case is fitted with a blue ceramic bezel, chosen due to it being nearly impervious to scratches. The dial, rendered in blue, features bold markers and hands coated with LumiBrite, ensuring excellent nighttime visibility. The new Caliber 9F85 is a robust quartz movement rated to +/-10 seconds a year, an incredible level of accuracy. It also has a function that allows the hour hand to be adjusted independently without stopping the seconds hand, which preserves its high precision and makes it a great traveling companion.
