It's hard to resist the enchanting effect of high alpine peaks and majestic glaciers. They radiate clarity, calm and power in an incomparable manner, taking on some of the most beautiful hues to be found in nature. Our designers have captured that unique feeling in the elegant glacier-blue hue of this Annual Edition, offering a new interpretation of the signature retro look of the Sixties line.

The 42 mm stainless steel case of this chronograph is polished to a high gloss and ultra-slim. It has a sapphire crystal case back, which offers superb views of the mechanical movement and, thanks to its unique shape, helps give the watch a snug hold on the wrist. A grey-brown nubuck calfskin with high-contrast stitching rounds off the vintage look in a stylish manner and ensures a secure fit.

This model's dials are the product of elaborate hand-crafting. The blanks are first given a delicate sunray finish before receiving their characteristic domed shape. They are then sprayed with a dark blue lacquer, which creates a dark shade around the edge. The entire surface is then coated with a glacier-blue lacquer. The result is an individual colour gradient that renders each dial unique.

Finally, the dials are heated in a kiln to burn in the colour.

This chronograph is powered by our 39-34 automatic winding movement and has a 40-hour power reserve. It is equipped with a central stop-second along with two recessed auxiliary dials for the small second and the 30-minute counter. The domed sapphire crystal case back offers a clear view of the finely finished movement with three-quarter plate, swan-neck fine adjustment, Glashütte stripe finish, and the skeletonized rotor with a 21-carat oscillating mass.
