Cape Cod, the elegant seaside resort on the east coast of the United States, is also the name of a line of Hermès watches expressing a style based on “elegance in movement”.
Inspired by Hermès' signature Chaîne d'Ancre link, Henri d'Origny created the 'Cape Cod' watch for the Maison in 1991, and today it's available in so many beautiful variations. This one has a square blue-tinted monocrystalline silicon dial with photolithographic transfer and yellow gold coating depicting the "Crepuscule" (twilight) designed by the artist Thanh Phong Lê. The smooth long interchangeable strap in navy blue Swift calfskin is polished and stitched with the same attention to detail as the brand's iconic bags.
