The Erwin Sattler clock manufactory produces a wide range of high-quality mechanical timepieces, from large wall clocks to smaller desk and table clocks, and even automatic wristwatches. The Regulateur Classica Secunda is another noteworthy timepiece from Sattler, featuring a miniature version of the company's successful wall clock Classica Secunda 1985's regulator dial. Like all Sattler watches, the Regulateur Classica Secunda 44mm polished and satin finish stainless steel case, exhibition case back, sapphire crystal, blue stainless steel hands, sterling silver dial, with roman numerals hour markers at 6 o'clock, small jumping seconds at 12 o'clock, minutes around the inner bezel, larger winding crown in the style of  a precision clock holder nut, automatic movement, one technical highlight of this model is the patented “jump second”: A special additional mechanism causes the second hand to jump forward using several wheels and pinions and a stop spring. This modified automatic movement is fitted by watchmakers from the Erwin Sattler manufacture and enclosed in the case of the Classica Secunda. Developed in collaboration with Habring Uhrentechnik, the Regulateur Classica Secunda is the portable version of a technical masterstroke with robust aesthetics. It is simply a true Sattler timepiece.
